CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 24 hour cancellation so that we may notify the staff as well as reach out to clients that are on a waiting list to come in.  For your convenience, our scheduling system automatically sends out email confirmations as well as text reminders when you opt in for this feature through your account. If you haven’t done so already, please log on to your booking account and add this feature to your account settings.

If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, up to 100% of the service cost will be charged to the account on file. Please contact us with as much notice as possible to avoid charges to your credit card. 

WINTER WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In regards to cancellation due to inclement weather conditions, if the roads are unsafe in anyway there won’t be any charges or fees processed for the missed appointment.  However, please stay in touch with us as soon as possible so that we may organize the spa schedule for other clients and staff members that feel they are still able to arrive safely to their appointment. 

Policy on Services for Minors

At The Little Owl Spa, we prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our clients. To maintain the quality of our services and adhere to best practices, we have established the following policy regarding services for minors:

  • Age Restriction: We do not provide spa services, including massages, facials, or waxing, to children under the age of 13.

  • Parental Consent: For clients aged 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and remain on the premises during the service.

  • Exceptions: Certain services such as lip wax, acne extraction may be offered to children under 13 with prior approval and parent supervision.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines, which are in place to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all.


CHECK-IN:

If you are new to the spa, please arrive a few minutes earlier to fill out client in-take form.

PARKING:

We have a 2 car drive way out front and there is on-street parking on Parkwood Ave across the street. Please read the parking signs on Parkwood Ave as it is daily alternate side parking regulations. Our neighbor Tony, who owns Doc Noc Auto Service shop next door, allows for clients to park in his parking lot after closing, 5pm. However, in the daytime, it is not permitted to
